Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.

1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Condition: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, downloadable software, perishable goods, and intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments/swimwear for hygiene reasons) are final sale.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval status within 3-5 business days.

Approved: A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds: Items with obvious signs of use, missing parts, or damage not due to our error may receive only a partial refund.

3. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (defective product or wrong item), we will cover the shipping costs.

If you simply changed your mind, the return shipping cost is your responsibility.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at annabellkutchdx@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a return shipping label (if applicable).

Print the label and send the package.
